Bake it like camembert and dip bread into it like a fondue?

Just as is, with biscuits.
It's lovely. They were at a food fair I was at on Sunday.

That looks delicious. You could serve it like the Swiss serve cheese with hot little potatoes and butter, gherkins, pickled onions, salad.

These are great. My kind daughter gave me one - lovely with biscuits. I wouldn't bake it - thats what camembert is for. Might just have to go to a proper cheese shop this weekend Smile

This is a fantastic cheese...tangy and full flavoured with a lovely soft texture - Bath Oliver's or Carrs Water biscuits give a crunchy contrast, without fighting too much with the cheese. I don't think it would be improved much by a sweet jammy addition, medijool dates would work I think if you need something sweet.

When we have this cheese all we need is a knife! Enjoy!

Why hasn't anyone mentioned just serving it with biscuits?

I would shovel it in my gob by the handful whilst alone and serve dinner guests some bog standard camembert or summat
