Do you have to modify the recipe much, reduce liquid etc? Hoping to make this for 30 people on Saturday!
I don't know Jamie's recipe, but normally when adapting recipes for the slow cooker I half the amount of liquid stated in the recipe.
That's what I am planning to do. But have never made it before and don't have a chance to practice beforehand. And my recipe that is failsafe, they have all had it at my house before and will think I can't do anything else!
