Anyone tried AWT's book "real family food" - sorry if should be in 'products' but more likely to catch the right eye here

I'm looking for some simple but tasty meals for DH and I, which I can save portions for DD (1yr eats most things).

What d'reckon to it?

I have got his GI cookbook and it's got some fabulous easy and tasty recipes in it so I reckon it'll be good

can recommend 'the dinner lady' by Jeanette Orey (?)

very simple recipes ... very tasty

I've been thinking of getting his GI cookbook - would you recommend it then piffle?

yes there are several recipes I go back to every week, some odd critters too but then what do you expect from a celeb chef LOL
That and I also fully recommend Sam sTerns teens cookbook, it's basic, but has some stunning recipes in it, I use it 3 x a week every one a winner. Plus on the up side ds 12 can do it too!

There's also a sequel to Dinner Lady - it's called Second Helpings and is equally as good.
