I know we're a long time off yet, but I wanted to ask if I can make fruit leather or something similar from just fruit juice.A couple of years ago I got lots of morello cherries and made them into a preserve. I had a lot of the juice left and, apart from keeping it in the fridge, no ideas what to do with it.All the recipes for fruit leather mention fruit puree, any idea if it can be made with just the juice? Or if not that, what I can make with it?Thanks
Would it turn into a jelly? A lb of sugar for every pint of juice ... boil to a set.
