Can't be dairy or bread related. So far I have granola and yoghurt, and eggs. What else can I do?

Baked beans? With ham, or eggs

Fruit smoothies, porridge, smoked salmon and potato cakes, parma ham and mozzarella,

When I was a kid on holidays my uncle would go out fishing before dawn, catch plenty, then come home and fillet them and fry them for us all for breakfast just with lots of lemon juice. Very special way to start the day.

Not enough time to catch and fry fish really Grin. Smoothies are good, ham is good, not sure about the beans. Wrong season for porridge.

Bircher muesli? Nice as a summer alternative to porridge.

Healthy muffins or is that to much like bread? I make some for DS that have wholemeal flour and are sweetened with fruit. Keep them in the freezer and takeout the night before for a quick breakfast in the morning.

If you google Paleo breakfasts, they will all meet your requirements.

I made the pumpkin bread from the site below on Sunday - it was fantastic, we added more spice than suggested.
