oooh discovered gorgeous simple accompniament to fish today...we had it with haddock....
runner beans with tomato suace

chop up a clove of garlic
fry it for a second
stick in a can of tomatoes
bring to boil then simmer for about 20 mins so it goes all thick

blitz some runner beans in microwave for 2 mins
stick into sauce for 1 minute
very nice

dh saw what was for dinner and hmmm and haaaaa-ed as he does when he sees tomato suace and tuna

I did it with rice (as I ran out of pasta) and i think i would do it with rice again
