Bacon, sausage, eggs, tomato, mushrooms, baked beans, hash browns. Some really nice bread. Orange juice (or grapefruit - lovely and sharp against a fry up). Nice coffee.

Champagne if you're feeling posh :)

I have never understood you English with tinned tomato on a fry-up. That is WRONG. It's a fresh tomato, halved & fried in bacon drippings.

You need
Sausages
Rashers
Black & white pudding
Eggs
Mushrooms
Tomatoes
Brown soda bread
Tea

Beans if you must. Some form of fried potato is also admissible.

see, now I want a proper SCOTTISH fry up, with tattie scones and puddings. And I am 400 miles away from a decent roll, tattie scone and white pudding.

So, I will settle for bacon, sausage and eggs.

You need soda farls and potato bread. Fried.

Probably hard to source if not in NI though.
