Sorry to start another one of these threads but...I roasted a ham on Friday night, can I freeze what's left to make soup with or should I chuck it?

Gosh yes of course. It's only Tuesday! It's been in the fridge, yes? I keep home cooked ham for ages.... And I am v fussy about food hygiene etc

God yes. Ours was done in coke and we were still eating it a week later in various guises. If it smells fine and hasn't got that irridescent thing that old ham gets, it'll be fine. :-) and naice
