smoked Haddock fillets. advice please

I was going to eat this tomorrow, but the date is 18/3/13. its in a vacuum pack fom Co-op. would i be better to cook it tonight to serve tomorrow or cook it fresh tomorrow.

I plan to serve it to mindees and i dont want to poision anyone!

Cook it tomorrow. It's smoked after all so is partially cooked imo

MerlyPuss... i did cook it but my LO wasnt feeling well and didnt eat it after all.

I ate it my portion and it was delicious!
