Caramelized sugar

Bought a packet of Caramelized brown sugar (for the reindeer, as there were no sugar lumps), so I have 500g-ish of it and don't really know what to do with it.

Any ideas? It's in large lumps, just like sweets actually, so no good for sprinkling. I want to something more creative than dropping it in my tea.

You could use it when you make Marmalade at the end of the month (if you do).
