Fat free recipes?

My mum has been put on a fat free diet for the next few weeks for medical reasons. Can anyone suggest a good place for fat free recipes? I'd really like to be able to cook her something for family meals to save her having to provide her own food over Christmas. Thanks.

I have been put on a fat-free diet too due to my troublesome gallbladder hopefully having the little f*cker out in Feb/March My uncle made a lovely hearty soup for me (veg stock plus carrots, potatoes, peppers, leek, onions, peas, sweetcorn etc) and that was perfect. I've had chicken breast salad a few times with ultra low fat mayo, and poached eggs or baked beans on dry toast. I am also very interested in other people's ideas!
