How long will cheesy white sauce last in fridge?

It will freeze beautifully! Take it out the day before you need it. Reheat gently in microwave but if it's too thick, tip into pan and whisk in a bit more milk til it's the right consistency.

I freeze pots and pots of white sauce in cream pots - just the right amount for one serving.

Great thank you. I just want to use it tomorrow I think so will put in fridge but good to know for next time
