What's in your veg box this week?

I've just received my first veg box delivery and thought it would be good to see what other people have in theirs and perhaps swap recipe ideas etc.

Potatoes
Onions
Carrots
Red cabbage
Black kale
Crown prince squash

Any ideas what I can do with the kale and squash (it is HUGE!)?
