I have a shiny new steamer so what shall I cook in it?

Hoping to eat a bit healthier. My old one went kaput, so I bought a shiny new intellisteam. I usually use them mostly for vegetables, chinese buns, indian things, etc.

I'd like to try to expand a bit, and even try steaming chicken maybe? Has anyone tried steaming chicken, how does it come out, and how long does it take?

I could do with losing weight, so hoping I can cut down on frying a bit and steam instead!

Salmon? Top with cream cheese and chives and veggies on the side.

i've done salmon in the oven like that, glad to know it works in the steamer, will def do that one!
