I want a quiche now! No loose bottomed tins though...

Can I make one in a pn ordinary shallow pie dish?

Bloody quiche threads making me hungry.

i never do in loose bottoms. mine are china. first slice can be bit messy. rest are fine

I don't have loose bottomed tins either. I always line the tin with baking parchment. My first slice comes out every time.
