I made the nigel slater blackberry pork recipe that was on the tv on friday night where you basically get a load of blackberries and squish them then marinade pork shoulder in it. You then cook it and then add stock to the blackberries and juices to make a gravy. I've got tons of it left, what could I do with it?
The pork was lovely, I'd def make it again and it was nice to have a roast that was a bit different. It was quite nice to take dd picking some blackberries and then squishing them all. Oh yes, I'm loving the sausages idea, I bet it would go really well.
