Gigantic tin of plums

I have a 2500g tun of plum halves in juice, 1500g drained weight. What do I do with them and how?

German plum cake - basic Madeira sponge mix, put plums all over, top with crumble mix with cinnamon added. Serve hot or cold, with or without custard. Yum.

Thank notmow, good idea I'll just have to buy the ready made sponge pick up some eggs for the cake. However, I'm sure I'll be left with loads still. So what to do with the rest?

Plum crumble?
They will be very juicy so you shouldn't need to add any from the tin.
You can freeze it too so that you don't feel your constantly eating plums.
I'm sure you could make plum sauce to have with savoury meat but I'm not sure how - sorry!
