Ideas please! Slow roast it? Or fry? Have never done anything with duck..but do love it chinese style with pancakes!
Score the fat a few times, fry for a couple of mins skin side down then a minute or so on the other side just to seal it, then roast in oven. Yummy!Goes well with fruit e.g. plum sauce, or a soy and ginger sauce, or orange.Have fun!
Melt/ warm some honey in the microwave add a dash of whiskey, marinade in that for a few hours or overnight in fridge.Pan fry skin/ fat side down for a few minutes then pop in oven to roast, leave to rest for at least 10 mins.
