Meat free pasta

My normal pasta dishes tend to be spaghetti and meatballs or penne with pesto and chorizo. Would like to do something different tomorrow without the meat. I don't want a creamy sauce. I have normal storecupboard ingredients like tinned tomatoes, tomato paste, olive oil etc and also red lentils, butter beans, kidney beans, red onion, cauliflower, courgette, sweetcorn, carrots, cheese and eggs. What would you make?

I know you didnt mention mushrooms but this is nice: sauted garlic, lots of thinly sliced mushrooms (preferably a mix of different types or just use chestnut), parsley and good olive oil. Serve with tagliatelle or parpadelle with grated Parmesan on top

You could make tuna pasta bake with the sweet corn and cheese if you have a tin of tuna

Roast vegetable pasta with diced courgette, carrot, red onion roast in over, then make a tomato sauce with the tinned toms, garlic and tomato paste.

I'd blanch the fresh veg chopped reasonably small and then add with a bit if olive oil, basil to some spaghetti. Had something like it in a restaurant on Saturday.

If you ever want a non meat lasagne, Ds invented one where you use quorn and baked beans. Remarkably good.

A lentil bolognaise? Use red lentils instead of the meat and you'll still have a tasty and nutritious dish.

I did the roasted vegetables, leeks, courgettes, peppers, red onion, cauliflower and tomatoes then mixed in some pesto and grated some cheese. Was delicious.
