Ruprekt salmon risotto sounds yum do you use smoked salmon in that? It's so hard not to revert back to the meals you can do in your sleep during the week isn't it?

Today - veggie chilli and rice\salad
Monday - veggie bolognaise, garlic bread (no bread for me), salad
Tuesday - maybe veggie sausage casserole and baked potatoes or maybe veggie toad in the hole with savoy cabbage and roasted vege
Weds - erm, that's as far as I've got!

Any ideas for yummy veggie dishes which dp can cook and which don't use mushrooms, aubergines, courgettes or tinned tomatoes? Am SO bored of everything we eat and dp needs to extend his repertoire!

Mon - spag bol in tom and carrot sauce (cook extra mince)

Tues - crispy fish (value white fish with half an egg splatted all over it with lastweek's knackered bread crumbed on top), baked spuds, toms and mushrooms in oven, peas

Wed - Pizza, dough from bread maker, tom puree, ham, sweetcorn, cheese

Thurs - turkey breast and bacon (left overs), lasagne with cheese sauce from last week, pasta and greens

Fri - cooked mince, beans in wraps

Sat - left over spag bol

Sun - Sausage sunday dinner

I usually try to eat veggy and few times but spag bol uses very little mince so lasts 3 lots...

Enjoyed seeing your ideas!
