Hi,
I've just started blogging as I'm a fan of creating affordable, healthy recipes that even my carnivorous dh will enjoy (yes, well, possibly with added bacon for him!).
I'm intrigued to know how many mners are eat and cook in a similar style? What would you most like to see? I find it advantageous as its healthy, cost efficient and fresh. But is that just me?!

Do you think the English have a certain disdain for the word vegan?!

This seems to have been posted in more than one topic. See trying to get your stats up?

I'm trying to see if there is a genuine interest in the subject or if its still a minority subject. The double post was an iPad issue!

...My Hubby and I go Vegetarian once each year; we are sorta trying to "cleanse" ourselves of Toxins at that time.
About 98% of the Traditional Okinawan diet is plant-based.We consume,each day,about 1900 calories.Our diet then becomes,sweet potatoes,
Soy- based foods, grains, fruits and vegetables.Every now and then we might
eat a small piece of Fish.
We like tofu, miso soup and soybean sprouts-also,Jasmine tea. Jill.
