Mhhh so i have just tried Lorraine Pascale's caramelised spiced nut recipe for the second time. First time resulted in a v v v hard peanut brittle like mix. This time is not much better. Looking for any ideas how to make a spiced and sugary nut for my kids to eat. That keeps for a few days at least. Even a purely savoury one would do! HELP PLEASE!
