I have a pack of chicken breasts in the fridge that need using up, store cupboard pretty well stocked, any suggestions for some teatime recipes.
Stuff them with cream cheese/cheese then wrap in bacon/ham and bake (or foil if you don't have bacon). I add garlic or basil or something to the cream cheese. Or marinade in tandoori/tikka paste/powder with some natural yoghurt, then grill or bake with peppers and onions. Serve with rice or naan bread.
I made Jamie's chicken pie last week - fab and really easy...But you could make an easy casserole/stew, although boned cuts are better for that really.
