I have made some relatively dark chocolate cup cakes with red berries in them. I was going to melt a little dark chocolate with golden syrup to top them, but I am wondering if it would work to stir in a tablespoon or two of dark berry jam to the chocolate instead / as well.
Whaddyathink?
