wondering about pre-packaged stir fry veg

DH has had a horrible cold the last week and he has been off his food. All he can manage is rice and some stir fry veg, though he craves the pre-packaged stir fry veg, not carefully chopped up veg (and has had this 5 nights running). Looking at the packet it doesn't seem too bad - cabbage, peppers, beansprouts, onion etc. Does it contribute to the five a day or is it not as nutritionally sound as freshly prepared stir fry?

It may have lost a little vitC but it'll be "packaged in a protective atmosphere" which reduces vitamin loss. It's fine.

(Yes, I had some tonight. Lovely.)
