Impressive but surprisingly easy dishes to make
Not earth shatteringly interesting I'm afraid, am making Cornish pasties with defrosted minced beef so if I am going to freeze some will need to do it after they have been cooked rather than pre cook. What do you think - OK?
Cook the mince, but you needn't cook the pastry yet.
Yes that would have been the sensible thing to do, but they have already been assembled with uncooked mince in them. Didn't realise just how many of the things 1lb of mince was going to make.
