I've been drooling over master chef reruns and want to make belly pork restaurant style in individual prortions rather than as a big roast.Anyone got any ideas for a lovely recipe with sides and sauce?
I saw a version of these Nigel Slater recipes being done on a cooking prog by a professional chef recently.Essentially five diifferent ways of doing belly pork all presented in one go on one big board in the centre of the table.
