Send it to me grin Only one in the house who drinks skimmed milk and I don't get through a pint a week, so I have powdered milk in my tea.

Or you could use it for sauces, deserts, puddings etc smile

I was going to say stick it in the bath with some essential oils too. Or you could get the kids to make gifts of bath milk, for various female presents for Christmas.

Was going to say custard, or stick it on freecycle. I'm sure someone would appreciate it. Or a foodbank, if there's one near you.

Once it's made up with water, you can make it into yoghurt just like with fresh milk.

Or use it for cheese sauces etc.

skimmed milk is actually better in coffee, it lets the taste through

(this is why restaurants like to give you cream with your after-dinner coffee, so you don't realise it's old and stale and has been kept hot for hours)

Also great for custard, rice pudding yum yum but add some butter for a proper skin.

If you have a vast amount of unopened packets in-date, put it on Freegle and some local person will be glad of it.
