Bailey's Cheesecake Recipe - low fat or not??!!

Hi, I made a Bailey's cheesecake recently and the recipe has got me down to the final three to win a kitchen - and if you could see my kitchen you'd know I desperately need one, especially as my wedding is happening this year too. I was doing really well but my little old cheesecake is being hounded by a guy who's done a fancy chicken dish. My OH scoffed when I said I was submitting this recipe and said it wouldn't get a place in the final; can you help me prove him wrong?
