Which meals taste good after re -heating in a microwave?

My ds gets home from his childminder at 5.30. He has a sandwich at theirs at 3.30 but its not enough to sustain him. Its going to be too hectic too cook from scratch and get 2 children ready for bed, so I'm looking for inspiration of things I can cook the night before ( and ideally eat myself!) so I can just bung it in microwave when we all get home

As my freezer usually has about 20 little containers of Bolognese sauce in it at any one time I would have to say 'Bolognese Sauce'. Boil pan of water and throw in pasta... defrost/reheat sauce in microwave while pasta is cooking.
