Do I need to keep a cake with Philadelphia icing in the fridge?

It's mixed with icing sugar so not sure if that preserves it or not. If it can be out the fridge would it be ok for two days? Thanks.

Mmmm, just lack of space really as it's going to be quite a big cake. Ok, will have to get up early and make it sat morning then. I'd being hoping to make it on Friday bit that's fine. Thanks.
