Making a Jamie Oliver Sage & Leek Gravy. Recipe calls for good quality cider. What do you think?
Would it make a difference? By the time it's cooked, all the fizz will have gone, won't it?Just don't use white cider
All the fizz will disappear. We used to have to use bottled water even for tea and coffee - and one day we ran out but had fizzy water, so nothing ventured nothing gained - and the tea was fine.
