Can someone make me feel better? What has you're toddler eaten today?

DD (2yrs 4months) hasn't been a fussy eater and usually eats anything, but she's had a bad day and I'm feeling guilty!

Today she has had:

Breakfast - nothing (gave toast which she asked for, refused to touch it)

Snacks - one Goodies oat/fruit bar and one banana

Lunch - one forkfull of lasange

Dinner - two forkfulls of NOT spicy enchilladas

Can anyone's little one beat her as a hunger-striker today?

I'm going back to beating myself up, while she plays happily!

Mine's poorly, so half a mini milk and a yoghurt. And two blackberries on a walk.

3yo DS is usually pretty good, but is tired and crabby today so has had

breakfast: banana pancakes with maple syrup
lunch: two bites of a marmite toastie, an apple
snack: several chocolate wafer biscuits

about to make pasta and pesto for his tea, as it's the one thing he will always scoff.

Nearly 4yo dd not particularly fussy just not big appetite.

B - half a toasted teacake
L - (at dancing class) cereal bar and bite of banana
T-small amount of chicken and pots.

In between she has had innocent smoothie and a yoghurt. Some days I am really pleased with what she has eaten but most days I am worried by the lack of fruit and veg.

DS1 is 3.5. Today he had:
B - wheat/blueberry cereal
Snack - a Freddie frog choc bar
Lunch: cheese and crackers, slice of bacon
Snack: mandarin orange and petit filous
Dinner: chicken korma and rice and another petit filous

I do my best. I was a terrible eater as a child but eat well as an adult. I try not to stress about it too much.

DD 23 months. Yesterday had:
B - one oatibx
snack - half a homemade raspberry muffin
Lunch - slice of toast and hummous
Supper - pasta and pesto

She's just coming out of a food stike but is still really unadventurous - but at least she's eating again! Some days are better than others, just take a day at a time now.

Yesterday DS (2.7yrs) ate:

Breakfast: 2 pancakes and sliced banana
Snack: apple and pear
Lunch: cheese sandwich, few hula hoops
Snack: grapes, jaffa cake
Dinner: homemade Pizza with veg sauce and cheese followed by stewed apples and raisins and icecream.

He is very fussy and refuses to eat meat.

The previous day he ate:

Breakfast: nothing, refused
Snack: apple
Lunchtime: nothing, refused
Snack: 2 chocolate biscuits and a mini roll (we were at a friends house for a cup of tea)
Dinner: nothing, refused, screamed the house down, drank half a cup of orange juice.

Woke up yesterday morning with a stinking cold and streaming snot.

I figure the good eating days make up for the bad? Grin
