Get some ready made crostini bread things (Waitrose/Ocado do them) and top with crab (again Waitrose/Ocado do cooked vacpacked) mixed with lime juice, mayo, corriander & chilli.

Cherry tomato, mini mozarella ball & basil leaf on a cocktail stick.

Bake wee new potatoes, make a slit in the top and dollop on creme fraiche and a bit of smoked salmon.

Puff pastry, shop bought of course, roll out, cover in grated parmesan and v finely chopped rosemary and thyme, fold & roll again, more cheese & herbs, fold & roll again. Cut into whatever shapes you like but I guess sticks are traditional, egg wash and bake til golden.

Mix mayo, natural yoghurt, salt, pepper and a little very finely crushed garlic. Great dip for crudities - carrot, mushrooms, peppers, raw cauliflower.

Mix raw prawns with Thai red curry paste and sautee til they've just turned pink. Serve in a bowl with cocktail sticks on the side.

Mini courgette & cheese muffins - can google for a recipe. But you can make ahead, freeze if you need to, defrost and reheat with a quick blast in a hot oven.

Hope they help.

Frittata - roast or buy ready roasted veg, mix with egg and cook like an omlette and cook the top, cool, cut into squares, top with hoummus and a black olive.

can be made in advance too...........

Smoked salmon blinis (buy/make the blinis, then put a little cream cheese or sour cream on, then some smoked salmon).

Or thin slices of baguette, lightly toasted with a range of toppings, e.g.:
homemade smoked mackeral pate (equal weight smoked mackeral (or salmon or trout) and cream cheese, then a little squeeze of lemon juice and some fresh dill, beat until smooth)
brie or camembert with caramalized onion chutney
smoked salmon and cream cheese
tomato bruschetta type topping
