Last Christmas I bought one of these because it was cute and then had no idea what to do with it.

Has anyone used one?

Any recipes, hints and tips gratefully recieved.

I thought it was going to be a christmas tree cookie cutter! Never seen a pan like that before - it looks a bit like a madeleine pan - are the indents deep enough on yours to make madeleines?

I doubt it they're quite shallow.

could you make chocolates with it?

Truffle-y type chocs, but oil the mould well first.

Actually, you could probably get away with making madeleines in there as they're rounded anyway so it wouldn't matter that it's a shallow tin.

Make some xmas pud icecream a la St Delia for a fun pud.

Simple chocolates.

Ice cubes...

I hadn't thought of chocolates grin.
