Wine? Takes too long. Jelly? Don't like it much. Any other ideas?
Here I make the crab apple and hot pepper jelly by the shedload. Everyone I know loves it so I give it as Christmas gifts. Also make the liqueur recipe for my mum every year. You can make a nice cordial with them as well for kids.
you can roast them on kebab sticks qand serve sprinkled with cinnamon cream and or honey.
