I,m a working mum and i havent got a lot of time to prepare fresh meals everyday so i would like to make some then freeze them for future days. I havent got any idea of what i can an can not freeze and how long they can be kept in the freezer.
The things I tend to freeze are things like bolognaise, lasagne, chilli con carne, soups, etc. I make a big pan then freeze the excess. Not sure exactly how long you're meant to keep them for - I try and use mine within the month.
