My 1 yr old can't have dairy or egg and because my husband and I work it's best to cook in batches and then freeze meals for her. However, we've run out of ideas and so are just doing the same 3 or 4 dishes over and over again (spag bol/pasta, cottage pie and chilli con carne). Any ideas?
Stews & casseroles of all meat/veg combinations. Curry made with coconut milk (a fav in our house). Look up a site called PigInTheKitchen, she caters for both your allergens & a few more! Her recipes are fab, I love the carrot & apple cake!
