Home alone this evening and I forgot to buy x-factor supplies - no wine Shock. What storecupboard pudding/sweet treat can I create?

popcorn?

and once you have made it melt equal quantities of butter and sugar (demerara) together and heat until it looks smooth and toffee like and then stir the popcorn back in.

if you have:

4tbsp self raising flour
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
(mixed in a bowl together)

1 egg
2 tbsp corn or other veg oil
2 tbsp milk
vanilla essence (optional)
(beaten together in another bowl)

beat the wet ingredients into the dry. optionally add some choc chips if you have them, or a spoonful of peanut butter into the middle of the mixture if you like that.

microwave 800w for 2 mins. check and if still a bit goopey - microwave for another 30 seconds. leave to rest. it is meant to be gooey...

yummmmmmmmmmmm

Philly on digestives is extremely "naughty" but highly delicious.

You could also make crepes with sugar and lemon or syrup.
