urgent- has anyone still got the recipie for Zebedee's Spanish Chicken

I have just prepared this - then when i clicked on the recipie on my pc favourites to check cooking time - up pops message - sorry that no longers exists.
I remembered that some time ago Paschaelina had linked to the recipie for me - found the old thread - clicked on link - same message.

I can prepare it off the top of my head - very easy - just cant recall the oven temp or cooking time - rather important!
