I bought some hunters chicken breasts from farm shop

already wrapped in bacon etc...no cooking instructions. They are huge. Have the oven preheating. Should I wrap in foil? How hot? How long?

I cover with foil and after 20 mins take it off - then pour sauce / cheese over and cook for 20 more mins - hth, enjoy one if our favourites !

I would say don't wrap in foil as the Bacon should keep it moist. Half hour at 200 should do it but cut into the thickest one (turn it over & cut through the bottom but not all the way through then it won't show - if you're bothered!) to check its cooked through. Depending how healthy you want to be you could drizzle with a little olive oil. Enjoy
