Took some pork out to defrost on sat (defrosted it in the fridge) with the plan to eat it sun- didn't cook it yesterday so has been in fridge marinating since...ok it cook it today?? Thanks
I'd think it should be fine, specially if it had plenty of time left on it when you froze it. If you froze it just before it was due to be used up, I'd be more worried IYSWIM?
That was what I thought too- am sure it had plenty of time left (was a big loin joint thingy) and as i had chopped it and bagged (and written on bags) I figured I must have had the time! Otherwise I would have dumped the whole joint in!
