Opened double cream a week ago - should I bin it?

I'd use it, but then I'm incredibally lax about this sort of stuff, so may not be the best judge. Does it taste ok?

Taste a bit and see.

It's usually pretty obvious if cream is off because it goes really think and a bit yellow.

7 days is probably pushing it a bit. I'd be more inclined to use it in cooking than just pouring on dessert.

i wouldn't - I think you can get listeria or something like that.

i've used it after it being open for about 3 weeks - its fine for cooking
