I made a tuna bake this weekend using (loosely) a Sainsbury's recipe card. It involved cooking the pasta, making a sauce with onions, mushrooms and tinned tomatoes (and spinach, but I used peas instead), and then baking briefly to melt mozzarella on top. So multiple pans, a reasonable amount of prep, and it didn't really taste that nice.
Has anyone got a moderately healthy and tasty tuna bake recipe? (Preferably not a cheese sauce version.)
