Anyone got a recipe for clear vegetarian soup / broth?

What's the difference between soup and broth anyway?

I fancy some clear soup, but am veggie. Finding it difficult.

Can anyone help?

Veg stock, spring onions, sweetcorn, red pepper, mushrooms, a tiny bit of chinese 5-spice and soem diced tofu? I make this, but with chicken instead of tofu but the recipe states that it can be subsituted :)
