How to make CousCous??

Can anyone tell me how to make a nice cous cous please and also how much are you supposed to serve per person? I always make far too much.

In Algeria they steam it. It's a very complex process of repeated steamings. What I do is follow the packet instructions for cooking, which usually means soaking in boiling water, then I put in a muslin cloth, wrap up, put it in a steamer and steam for about 20 minutes to half an hour. It's not quite the authentic way but it does come out nice and fluffy.
