I like tasty, not too hot curries/dishes. Having a flick thru this morning and wondering about making something for tmw night's supper. Love all her books but the recipes do take a bit of reading and planning.
I've got her curry bible and it's fantastic. Good mix of easy things (keema mattar) which take 5 minutes and no prep, and really long complex things (hyderabadi biriyani) which take hours and hours and about 10 billion steps and 5 sous chefs working full time chopping things into tiny bits.
The reviews for Curry Easy on Amazon are even better than for the one I've got (and some say she maybe even simplifies some things too much) so I bet whatever you choose will work.
