Monday: chicken stir fry (onions, courgettes, garlic, peppers) with rice. Tuesday: Pizza, chips and sugar snap peas (weird, but we like it!) Wed: Pork chops, small roast tats, roasted carrots and mange tout Thurs: Probably bacon, fried onions, baked beans, boiled potatoes and mushrooms. Fri: We go to my mum's and she cooks! Yay!!
Yesterday - macaroni cheese and peas; Today - Thai veggie curry with rice and a Thai-style mango and cashew nut salad; Weds - veggie burgers in buns with lots of salad and corn on the cob; Thurs - butternut squash, chickpea and spinach curry with garlic pittas; Friday - I may go out but if not it will probably be veggie chilli or pasta of some sort
Yesterday lunch: bagel with cream cheese, crisps, cup of tea. Dinner: random wilted veg spring vegetable risotto. Today lunch: Pret New Yorker sarnie (am addicted), Thorntons mint choc bar. Dinner: probably some broccoli, walnut and blue-cheese concoction. Haven't thought any further ahead, but I see another random risotto on the horizon!
