I bought this cookbook via the book club thingy at work last week and would just like to share how fab it is.
Good ideas for pasta, rissoto, desserts, even tai curry!

I am on my own alot because hubbi works away so by the time I am in from work, DS bathed and in bed, its gone 7pm when I start my tea so quick easy recipies are a must. (also you can use supermarket own cream cheese though philly is BOGOF at the mo in Tesco!)
