if i am using dried pasta do i need to cook the whole thing through before i freeze it?or...if i cook the pasta would that be better?how do i stop them sticking together?
Get the sort of lasagne sheets which don't need pre-boiling, then cook your lasagne but underdo it a bit. Freeze in a microwaveable container so you can thaw or even heat it then finish off browning in oven.
